InstaDump ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when using our app and website.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide to us, including photos and other content you upload for analysis or editing, optional text such as names or labels for your photo sets, email addresses you submit through our website or waitlist forms, and any feedback, support messages, or feature requests you send to us. We may also collect purchase and subscription information related to paid features, as well as basic usage, device, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate InstaDump's features, including analyzing, ranking, and processing uploaded photos, and supporting editing, organization, and sharing features. We also use information to manage subscriptions and paid access, respond to support requests and feedback, improve the reliability, performance, and safety of the service, and communicate with users about product updates or important service messages.

Photo Processing

If you upload photos to InstaDump, we use those photos to provide the features you request. We may temporarily store uploaded content for processing, but we delete uploaded photos from our servers after they have been analyzed. In the worst case, uploaded photos are purged within 48 hours of upload. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train our own general-purpose AI models.

Information Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app and website, such as providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, subscriptions, customer support, and content processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users, our service, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate the business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Uploaded content may be stored temporarily for processing. Uploaded photos are deleted after analysis and, in the worst case, are purged within 48 hours of upload. Outside of the initial photo analysis, the photos you see in InstaDump are sourced from your local device and not from our servers.

Your Choices

Depending on how you use InstaDump, you may be able to choose whether to upload photos or provide optional information, opt out of marketing emails if applicable, request deletion of certain information we control, and remove content or delete the app from your device.

Security

We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it. While no system can guarantee complete security in every circumstance, we work to maintain appropriate protections for the information we collect and process.

Age Requirements

InstaDump is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that personal information has been provided to us by someone under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
